Rules and Guidelines at Neaum Crag

 

In the course of your enjoyment of your holiday here please try not to upset the enjoyment of others.

Please try to control undue noise on the estate, e.g. Keep radios etc. at a modest level - or use headphones.

 Each lodge is on its own privately owned grounds, please do not take short cuts or trespass on other properties.

 Please use only the car parking space assigned to your lodge. Extra cars can be accommodated on the communal car park areas at the top of the estate and by the pool building.

 Please drive with caution on estate roads with an eye for carefree children and wildlife.    SPEED  LIMIT   10 M.P.H.

 Parents are reminded that they are legally responsible for the actions of their children, around the grounds, as well as in the pool building.

 

In the Pool Hall  -  No child under 12 without adult supervision

No animals.

No smoking.

No glassware.

No food or drink.

 

Shower before using the pool.

 

Remember you use the facilities entirely at your own risk.

 

The Sauna  - It is recommended that the sauna should not be used by:

  • Anyone who has high, or low, blood pressure,
  • Anyone who has diabetes,
  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol,
  • Pregnant women,
  • Children below 8years of age,

Note: Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

 

 

 

Pets   If you have a pet with you please carry a plastic bag or “pooper-scooper” and clean up after your pet if necessary.  N.B. Special local byelaw, South Lakeland area, makes this a legal requirement.

Neaum Crag is essentially for owner occupiers and their guests and costs are kept to a minimum by expecting reasonable, responsible attitudes and behaviour from all who use the estate.

The management reserves the right to ask for compensation for any breakage, loss of keys, etc. entrusted to visitors for the period of their holiday.

We also reserve the right, ultimately, to ask a holidaymaker to vacate premises let to them before the date of the end of their holiday in cases of extreme annoyance or harassment of other residents, or in cases of criminal activity.
